Vice Review

Infrastructure:
The whole layout of the website is all based on which story is the most important, in most recent news has been the Presidential Election in the US. This is one of the bigger things on the Vice website, this may be because Vice is a US-based company. However, when you scroll down a little more on the website you do see more stories that might still interesting to the audience/readers.

A lot of the basic layout is that a photo is displayed largely on the webpage, this all depends on how important the story is. With a little bit of information about a story relating to the photo next to it.

Immerse:
With the way the articles are laid out throughout the website, it would be very easy for the audience to navigate through the website. The information isn't piled on top of each other making it difficult to find the photo relating to it or written words. This means it's very easy for the audience to take in the information from the many articles on the Vice website.

Inform:
The stories written on here are told through two different ways. One being informally this being for the more relaxed articles but then formal for the more serious articles needing a professional take on it. For example, the Presidential Election has been the talk of the world for a while now.

The information being given out on the Vice website is very important, meaning the audience reading the articles are digesting the information in a formal way.

Interest:
A way an article would interest someone to read it would be the title of it then the very small snippet of information given out about it. This is what Vice has done and it will help increase the viewings on their website, especially with teenagers are the main target audience for the website.

Interact:
A way the audience can interact with the website is by clicking or tapping additional links the provide, such as screenshots of social media taps or links to social media accounts. Another way the audience of Vice can interact with the website is signing up for a Vice Newsletter that would get sent to them through their email.
